Redesigned the product activation onboarding experience for Tapt customers.
problem
Before Tapt’s product expansion, the onboarding experience was designed exclusively for business cards purchased in stores. With the introduction of new products like NFC stands and stickers, the existing system could no longer accommodate the variety of products, styles, and purchasing methods. To ensure a seamless activation experience, the onboarding process needed a complete overhaul.
solution
The onboarding system was fully redesigned to support all new products across both the Tapt App and web platform. I contributed to designing and testing various customer activation flows, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. Additionally, I was solely responsible for creating all new imagery and animations, providing clear, engaging visual guidance to help customers activate their products with ease.
