Tapt App Intro
A 3D-animated intro to enhance the Tapt app onboarding experience.
problem
The Tapt App is the primary way most users interact with the Tapt platform. To improve the onboarding experience, the entire onboarding flow—including all customer-facing assets—was redesigned. However, one key element was missing: an engaging, eye-catching visual to excite users as they began using the app.
solution
To address this, I created a short intro animation that highlighted the app’s key features in a visually compelling way. The goal was to not only showcase what’s possible within the Tapt App but also to build excitement from the start. As part of the design team’s ongoing efforts to refine and expand Tapt’s visual language, the 3D animated intro adopted a bold, highly stylised approach. This ensured the visuals were striking while still clearly presenting the app’s user interface, making the onboarding experience both informative and engaging.
