The Pivot Wheelchair is a groundbreaking innovation in hospital patient transfers, combining a complex product, system, and service into one solution. To effectively communicate its features and benefits, the designer of the Pivot approached me to create an explainer video that would showcase the wheelchair’s functionality in a clear and engaging way.
solution
To bring the video to life, I meticulously recreated the Pivot Wheelchair in 3D, ensuring a highly detailed and accurate digital model with realistic textures and full rigging. This allowed me to animate its internal components, demonstrate its mechanisms, and showcase how users interact with the chair through animated 3D human figures. To provide context, I also created hospital environments, including rooms and corridors, to present the wheelchair in real-world scenarios. The final animation was enhanced with text overlays and voiceovers, resulting in a visually engaging and comprehensive explainer video that effectively communicated the wheelchair’s features and real-world applications.
